Funny, as he offered me a Roosevelt elk hunt, free... and I declined as I have been there done that, it's a tough hunt with low success odds.
Is this a draw for a non-resident or are you still able to pull a resident tag?
I haven't been a resident of Oregon since 2012, and I no longer have any ties to Oregon whatsoever, sold everything. As for non resident draw, no idea about that either. Actually pretty good chance I will never set foot in that state again.
