I did enjoy my time there and liked the field of study and really liked Logan. But they were graduating far more foresters than could be decently employed. A friend who also graduated with a BS in Forestry in 1978 couldn't find work that paid a livable wage and went to a vocational school to become an electrical contractor.

Currently living in Boise which isn't a bad city as cities go, but I miss small town Fruitland on the ID-OR border where I lived for about 13 years.

Jim, at the intersection of I-84 and US-95, there used to be a tank parked in a yard just across US-95 and the gas station; it might have been an M-60(?). Is it still there?
