Yep, 46-47 Grains of Varget was given to me by Scenarshooter. Very accurate and 46.5 gets 2,950 fps with a 24" barrel.
TAC was also very good, accurate and about the same speed or a little faster at 46 grains.
That's with a Tula LRM primer which are hard to find these days.
