Make sure to get one that you and your wife like. As much as we don't like it to happen - the youngest end up going off to college or starting a life somewhere besides with their parents. Most of the time the dog stays behind. My wife just got her new GSD puppy this past weekend. It was a long search, but looks like she was placed with a good one. (breeder matched dog to her).
