Not having hunted on horseback in Montana, I did not realize you could ride right up within 20 yds or closer to a mule deer on a horse.
G, maybe if the mule deer is retarded....grin
Lots of fences here, makes zero difference hunting.
Lots of public land as well.
Took 6-8 riders three days to gather/move cows on a pasture last week. 13k acre pasture, normally takes 2 days but we had trouble.
