G-dub, what knife models are those...very nice.
TK Steingass is an ABS Master Smith. I acquired my first one of his blades as a consolation when another maker sent me a knife without a sheath........
Anywho, I liked his stuff and started watching on Blade Forums for his knives.
The pair with the desert Ironwood scales are "hunters". The steel is 154 CPM .
So, in the meantime I developed a liking for "Loveless style knives, and saw this pair of Loveless "Lambs" by S R Johnson.
It was lust at first sight. However IIRC a set by said maker would be around $8,500, and that's way above my pain threshold. So I asked TK if he would be interested in fashioning a set.
He did!
So the one pictured previously is one of the set of RWL "lamb" repros that TK made for me. White linen micareta, stainless furniture and CPM154 steel. TK created the pins by using stainless tubing and driving black micarta wedges into the tubing.
ya!
