I found that a low carb diet works well for me, the most dramatic weight/fat loss occurred when when I went from 2 drinks/beers a day to that much per week. We eats lots of fish, green veg, avocados and lean meats. Daily vigorous exercise builds endurance, energy and for me is a huge motivator. Cheat days are OK and become a real treat.
