Doing good RH. I seem to be stuck at -75 right now. Got to get a better grip on things. Had a rough summer with not much movement. Need my other hip replaced. Doing what I can do. My diet is a lot like yours has been except I eat more meat. Isn’t being surrounded by experts great? Those that can’t do teach. I want at least another 25 off.
