Yep. Working on concrete for 10-12 hours a day and the fact that I was aging and my feet were flattening out. Mine hit at about age 40. And yes, the first 2 podiatrist's I saw were both quacks.

I went with custom orthotic insoles that I still wear daily and the third podiatrist sent me to a physical therapist. PT gave me the tools to fix the problem and keep it from flaring up. Stretching, ice, heat, strengthening, massage, and wearing good shoes.

PF seriously sucks for the guy who needs to be on his feet and loves hiking, hunting, the outdoors, etc..
