Yes! Those inserts made for plantar fascitius that you can buy a Walmart help me immensely. I cannot wear like cowboy boots anymore. I usually wear Redwing Iron Rangers and Merrill pull on shoes with the inserts. Hasn’t completely cured it. But a damn site better!!!!
