I had it years ago. Buy a pair of Birenstock Blued Footbed Heeled insoles for your shoes. They are better and much cheaper than the ones the doctors sell. Never go barefoot, even in your house, until it's healed. Roll your foot on a frozen bottle of water as often as you can everyday. Also, before you get out of bed take a towel and pull the top of your foot back towards your head and hold it for several minutes. Do that a few times every morning. It takes a long time to heal up.
