Pick bullet, rank 1, 2, and 3.

GFYs for everyone.

Any of those choices will work fine, though the 5.56 will be anemic.

More importantly, the fanciest gear and highest bc are no better than the person behind the rifle. Folks debate gear the most and practice the least, when most would see bigger improvement in results by actually going and shooting more.

As for the technical question, the 7 RM with a 168, 175/6 or 180 of preference will outshine the others in every aspect except recoil, and more so as wind and distance increases.

From your list:

1. 7 RM 168 or 180 Berger

2. .30-06 185 Berger Jugg

3. 7-08 168 Berger

I’ve used more Scenars than Bergers, and they certainly work well. TTSX are what I use the most for critters these days, but I hunt in brush country so distances are short. The ABLR looks good in theory, but has not provided anywhere near the accuracy of Berger, Lapua, or Barnes, but I’ll give them another test drive sometime.
