My understanding of initiating the NG would be for a national or local emergency. Reviewing the Kent State incident prior to initiation of NG, protest turned to threats of local businesses and use of LSD in public water systems among other threats. NG was used to subvert threats to the public and curtail anarchy. In the current case of Northram, the NG would be used to violate the law and create anarchy and violate citizens constitutional rights, that’s called tyranny and is the reason the second amendment exists. This guy is a wack with him in violation of the law, same guy presents to kill the born as well as the unborn. What a fkin barbarian dressed up in a suit. Hope he’s purged soon.
