the only problem i have found is they breed in the gun safe. I started with a m57, that has way expanded to different manufacturers, barrel lengths and so on.
i have loaded from 170 to 300 grain in that caliber. for me, around 230 to 240 grain at about 1000fps rings the bell most times.
current fascination is with a totally impractical gun the m357pd. they didn't make them for very long, and particularly the nightguard version.
i am afraid if i ever trip across one, the money is gone and it will reside in the safe for me to look at.
i have an enabler that posts on here. he told me years ago some variation of about 8 grains of unique covers about all the bullets a 41 will use.
he is right. having said that i have used a number of different powders.
