Nice link - that Ruger shot well, like early Redhawks.....the TC did fair, for a TC. I like about a 12 - 12.5 on long end. Had a 10, 12, and 14....in many chamberings, inc. 41.
Re: the OMBH, I had no trouble with a 'shorty' using Pachmayr grips, with 21-22 H110/296 and 210s......
IIRC, FWIW - the gap on the Rugers often were tighter than S&W, giving the short Rugers about the same speed as a say 6" M57.
