Have owned a few others as well,wish I had never sold the s&w 57.
The super blackhawk hunter was a shooter too.
Liked the blackhawk 4 5/8 barrel, but someone offered to much money for it one day.
i keep meaning to pull one, a redhawk, out of the safe to measure the barrel, i think it's five or five 1/2inch.
it's also blued, with a interchangable front sight, with three different colors
