I have a .223 ADL I have considered getting the Remage barrel set up and making a 6-45. I was thinking a 1-9 twist. 1-10 seems a little slow to me. Another option is the 25 Sharps and shooting bullets in the 90 to 110 range. I have buckets of .223/5.56 brass to play with.
