if it was race you couldn't explain the "anomalies" like the successful "Negroes" raised in non- Black Culture conditions.
More than enough evidence of "White" "Brown" "Yellow" and "Red" folks being raised in similar conditions, with similar cultural mores, acting the same as ghetto folks.
