Blacks (at least the ones on TV), are acting like this guy is a great Dad, other than the fact he had time to get phugged up, passed out and go fight with the cops.

Horseschitt! Tasers are designed to incapacitate. Once you are incapacitated, they can do whatever they wish including killing you with your own gun.
