This is proper use of force. He did not obey , struggled with the police, and then ran endangering more lives.
If you take a cops weapon, any of his/her weapons, it probably ain't gonna end good for you. What the cops did in Atlanta was nothing like what the scum bag did in Minneapolis. To say that what happened in Atlanta is a matter where police reform would help is ludicrous. The perp took away the cops tazer. Sadly, that can get you shot and probably should and DID!
