My son confided to my wife and I when he was 18 that he had been suicidal since elementary school, when he was a Junior another kid at the small high school he attended took his own life. my son was very angry about that and looking back I think it was because he felt like if he did that after that everyone would think he was a copy cat. He's 22 years old now and doing pretty good but it's still in the back of our minds. When he told us that is when my wife and I started praying together before bed every night, our relationship with the Lord has grown immensely in these last 4 years and when you get right down to it I guess that's what this life is all about. Prayers are sent and I am so sorry.
