Exactly. Even if the results in other states make the PA results irrelevant, this needs to go to the Supreme Court. This was a very clear violation of the state's constitution by the executive branch and must be addressed very firmly by the Supreme Court. The results of national elections cannot depend on which party controls the governors office in any particular state. You would think even the liberal justices would be on board with this because there are swing states with Republican governors too. This is not an issue of evidence or whether a judge believes a poll worker was instructed to handle ballots in a certain way. The facts are undisputed and the constitution needs to be upheld.
