Accept that he lost? If he did, then yes. If he thinks there's fraud then no. But he either has to prove it or accept it, there can't be a middle ground where he just complains he lost, but doesn't back it up.
If there was provable fraud in a place, like PA that doesn't actually effect the outcome, it's still worth following it to the end and getting it exposed.
The bottom line is the future of our election process. Is it trustworthy.
