New would be a Tikka T3X in stainless or a Mauser M18.Used there is a ton of good options.
I could agree with the stainless Tikka if it has a synthetic stock.

I prefer stainless and synthetic. Most of our rifles are blue and wood but I prefer something that does require worry in inclement weather and blued + wood worries me in rain, snow, and mist. Almost exclusively hunt with synthetic + stainless.
