Heart disease was infrequent prior to 1900---far less prevalent than now.
Maybe as an actual primary cause of death
coz infectious diseases got many beforehand.
you seem to be relaxing things from non-existent,
to virtually non existent to now infrequent ..
What ballpark death rate/per 100,000 do you mean
by "infrequent" ?
