What has been your experience with cheapskates?
My skates were always cheap, never lasted very long. The wheels would wear through in the middle.
My normal tip at the breakfast diner I frequent is $12, more than the cost of the plate. I have my preferred three waitresses. At Christmas I tip each of them $100.
