Just a perspective really.

Already posted my thoughts on tipping, but one misconception is
that servers aren't earning much. They are doing well.
And that's not a bad thing, it's a niche job. Pretty good money
without the normal education/skills required for a good job.
And , an easy job to get.

The last year has been tough though.



And I'm ashamed to admit it, but I'm kinda proud of the kid.
Waitress is job #1.
Her mom runs a c-store. When staff had to quarantine, she hired on to
cover shifts after her morning classes.
Then went to, tennis/softball, and sometimes the serving job.


Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
