The anti-Christ will rise up out the great falling away and he will establish a false church, opposed to the Lord. There's a good possibility that he will be a religious leader who is respected by all faiths. Possibly a renegade pope? We're in a stage now where Christianity is being knocked down at every turn. Churches all over are turning to false beliefs like supporting homosexuality. We could very well be in this great falling away right now.
