I'd have a square mile(+) farm that my horse operation was based out of, a new truck and a new horse trailer to travel with. Traveling the country and abroad doing endurance rides, exploring by horseback, fishing and hunting would be the life.
Kids and grands would be set up with trusts based on contingencies.
