That sucks... big tracts are nice but the little ones here are free. Just knock on doors. I have tracts (about 5500 acres total) from 20-600 acres and they are BETTER than anything I have ever leased (and I was in one of the best leases in the state). AND I am the only one hunting them. It takes some work but that's the fun... come hunt with me if you turn up goose eggs.
