I do know a little chemistry. I fact, I am on the Internet researching some polymer processes tonight. But even a PhD chemist would not know how to design, build or operate a wastewater treatment facility. There are all sorts of specialties within chemistry, just as there are in engineering. Surely there are many areas of engineering about which you know very little, especially if all you have done is one narrow field for 20 years.
You didn't really challenge me, anyway. That all seems rather childish and unprofessional.
