These are the same G/O that the government here in bc wants/did give 25% of the AAH (annual allowable harvest) too.
Thats too bad MR84 it turned out that bad, I can believe it as that part of the province is saturated with hunters, and the elk, mule deer pops are way down, surprising you didn't get a bear though.
