Top of the morning to you sir, I see we're both up before the chickens this morning.
As you noted and I mentioned to our unfortunate newcomer from down under, the current folks in Victoria will likely be less than useful in doing anything - but perhaps the GOABC might give more of a care?
I'm not really close to anyone who is active in that association, but do know a couple folks who guide occasionally.
While I don't know what this past season was like in the Kootenays and honestly have never hunted the Bull area - it was really, REALLY slow here in our part of the Okanagan. Weirdly out of sync with everything we're used to anyway.
