Thanks for you kind words guys Akbob5 I can understand your opinion I do post on several other forums but un till now never on 24hr I've decided to let people know what happened as if I had found a report like this online (which I did try to find) I would not have dealt with either operation I think a lot of people keep experiences like this quiet allowing people like this to continue operating I would rather it be public knowledge to prevent someone else going through the same thing.
