Seal question.

The meat always looks really bloody and dark. So dark it looks like what we would toss as bloodshot from a deer.

How strong flavored is it and is it just always like that, it can't be the whole seal is blood shot?

Not sure I could stomach some of that stuff, looks like it would taste different than Kolaches, LOL, but I sure hope I get the chance to try different stuff like that once in my life.
