Depends on the breed. Pit bull, sss or deliver it back to the owners. Have killed one and crippled another that attacked and killed my neighbor’s Lab. Delivered the dead one back to the area it came from and threw it out in the road in front of some ‘bros’ who were sipping a few, listening to music in a front yard.
No patience with them on my property, collars or no collars.
The degree of my privacy is no business of yours.
