Weaver scopes are no longer made anywhere.
You can be sure someone will resurrect the name, but dollars to donuts it'll be for more contracted-out stuff, not even designed here. I bought a few of the Japanese Weavers on sale and they're pretty good, so far. Might get one or two more if I run into a deal. At the prices I paid, I'm not worried about warranties.
