What's left? Hmmmm. Cheap tripods might be a tough one maybe, but, good god there's plenty of awesome USA made scope rings, Japanese and European made scopes and binoculars. Spotters? Probably.

Just a thought, don't choose China first, maybe last would be a decent thing.

Weaver scopes are made in China and I hear nothing on here but praises for them. But as we all know that and a couple others ( which I can't bring to mind just now) are the exception. I've had great luck with all four of my Philippine made Nikons and my one Philippine made Vortex. Well the Vortex suffers from short Eye Relief, but that's a design problem, not a QC issue. Quality wise it's great and a very clear scope for it's price.

Weaver must really put pressure on the Chinese manufacturing facility to maintain the quality standards that they obviously have. If Burris can do that well they'll be fine. But we still need to get the Phucqk out of China. There! Did I spell that right?

All of my Weaver scopes, a half dozen or so and some bought in the recent sell out by Natchez, were made in Japan.
