The democrats have been doing this for decades now, but the Republicans have been legally barred from doing anything about it, thanks to a bullschidt legal deal the republicans stupidly agreed to 30 some odd years ago, which gave Democrats free rein. That order was lifted a year or so ago. I HOPE that the Republicans will finally really do something now (I still don't have my hopes up over it).
