Just for everyone's information I was reading through the the Handloader's Digest 7th edition (1975) and came across "Maximum Load Tables" by Ken Waters. Under 7x57 Mauser was the following info:
139-145gr. bullet = 2900fps with 51.0gr. 4350 (back when there was only one 4350, the IMR version)
150-154gr. bullet = 2824fps with 50.5gr. 4350
160-165gr. bulle t= 2780fps with 49.0gr. 4350
