States like Florida have done a good job of stopping the abortion insanity that is so prolific right now. Montana’s proposal is a good example of how to fugk up success.

It was even worse than that, it removed the doctors decision also... It would have punished both with criminal charges if they didn't use every "tax payers" resources to save every child regardless of circumstances.
