As soon as the law signed expect a TRO on at least the permit issue.

SCOTUS GVRed 2 gun cases back to the 9th Circuit and the 9th remanded back to Judge Benovitez on Cali's mag ban.

Should see his ruling in the next week or so and he already ruled against the mag ban the first time.

Might be a bit early to leave OR unless you just want to leave.

Sort of lucky for you guys that the law is so bad and odds are good even the 9th will strike it down.
