What you marinade / season with ?
Base:
Soy
Worcestershire
Onion powder
Black pepper[coarse]
Then anything and or everything in the cabinet from cajun seasoning to slap ya mama to tabasco to.......
Nothing better than good spicy deer jerky and cold beer.
