If I have enough antelope and elk in the freezer I keep enough deer for jerky and then give the rest away.

I used to do steaks roast and burger to give away but keep it simple now and everything gets ground and put in two pound bags. A lot less work for the slaves that way.





With the price of protein right now it doesn’t take long to find someone that needs it.
