BTW.I tried some of those dried hash browns that Costco carries now. Not too bad. Not quite as good as the frozen ones,but palatable.. They would be good for pack ins, and the later days of a camp when the frozen ones get thawed.
If God wanted you to walk and carry things on your back, He would not have invented stirrups and pack saddles
