After I got hurt and moved to a canyon ranch in Central OR I quit wearing a watch. Just no need to know exactly what time it was. Then while driving truck and having to keep a log book I used the cell phone. Now I am retired and no longer have to know what day it is let alone what time.
That is a big change from the way I was. I use to be anal about time. When my Seiko Kinetic died I just put it away and never bought another watch.
