I have worn a watch since I was a kid. Last 10-12 years its been Lumi-Nox. One for dress & a sports watch. Works for me.

I was doing security work for about 6 months checking construction workers building SCIF's & was amazed at how many times they asked for the time. Virtually none of them wore a wrist watch.
