The play was bogus. If it was only an ex-running back saying so, it might have less weight, but almost every NFL and ex-NFL player tweeting said basically the same thing-unbelievable. This includes Shannon Sharpe who one would think, would be for throwing the ball if anybody would. After the Seahawks were set up, I wondered about running the clock down and immediately decided against it if I'd been the coach. There was little time left anyway and it was just too thin. IMO a good coach punches it in and then lets the Special Teams and D do their thing again. Any way you look at it, it was a run situation. Trying to spend up seconds was almost as dumb as passing itself.

Hardly anybody on here goes by their full, real name. Even if the person's first or last name is their "Display Name" it does little to identify them. It's pretty hard to slander a Handle. Folks posting under their real name are going against every bit of advice ever offered on how to post on a message board.
