I've owned one Ruger. It had to go back to the factory as it would not chamber rounds from the mag. It also responded well to a lighter trigger, bedding, etc., and turned into a nice rifle. My one Kimber required nothing. But I still bedded it, adjusted the trigger down and so on. I like tinkering so it doesn't bother me. Sending the other rifle back bothered me.
