Thanks for bringing this thread back to the top, I have been looking for it with no luck. I am looking at getting another Kimbe, and wanted to ensure I could fix any issues as suggested in this thread. Although, I suspect that Kimber themselves have made these same improvements, hence the accuracy guarantee that they now offer.
I have two kimbers, a 308 and a 22 rimfire. I am lucky, both have given me no trouble. I have had the 308 for over 10 years, the longest I have kept a gun.
